Seedy Cracker Recipe


These are just so easy to make – under 10 minutes prep – and so healthy and delicious!  

Especially with a washed rind cheese or triple cream brie and some chilli jam or beetroot relish….

I bake these at least twice a week and they are gone within a day or two. 

The measurements are in 100ml’s – it’s Danish - a little espresso cup is usually this size, or just use a 1/2 cup measure, and don’t quite fill it!


100ml pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

100ml sesame seeds

100ml linseeds or crushed nuts

100ml sunflower seeds

100ml oats

350 - 400 ml plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp salt

100ml olive oil

200ml water

1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees

2.Mix it all up and split the dough into 2.

3.Roll each half out on an oven tray between 2 pieces of baking paper

4.Cut grid lines for breaking into pieces once its cooked

5.Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
