Crunchy Granola Recipe


Fill a deep oven tray with a combination of:


Desiccated coconut


Puffed amaranth

Sesame seeds

Sunflower seeds

Chia seeds

Nuts – I love almonds, pecans & macadamias

Dried fruit like dates, cranberry, apricot (optional)

Pinch of salt

Mix together:

1/2 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup coconut oil (warmed so it’s liquid)

Lots of Vanilla bean paste


1. Mix the liquid well through the dry ingredients.

2. Bake for an hour at 160 degrees - set the timer and stir it every 15 minutes.
